My Opinion: Well... what can I say about this movie? Plenty! It sucked... oh, yes, it blew! Not only was it full of bad actors, it had a sucky ass plot too. The only good in the movie was Roger Moore and the ending. Maybe I just liked the ending because it was over. The CIA agent, Ms. d'Abo, was... how do I put this lightly?... an idiot. She was a pure moron. Her wonderful lines included a reply of "Oh, shit" as her password and "You could have stolen a faster car" while in a chase. Ooh, the writers worked hard on that one. If you want a real Roger Moore government agent type movie, go rent one of his Bond movies. Even he can't save this campy piece of crap.

My Opinion: Let me tell you... the movie is pretty dumb, but, actually, it wasn't too bad. The chemistry between the characters wasn't something to yearn for, but individually, the characters weren't too bad. It automatically got one star for having Ted Levine (Silence of the Lambs) in it... ooh, he's so creepy! My rating system is so corrupt! Anyway, Akroyd made a little guest appearance too, which was exciting... okay, not really. The best characters are definitely David's and Seann's... yeah, that dude who drank "you-know-what" in American Pie. I can't say the character leaves that mentality, but he's still pretty funny. It's good for an unintelligent laugh, so turn off your brain and enjoy.
